Dr. Erik Ilyayev

CEO & Founder
Dr. Ilyayev Received his training from NY Methodist Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in Manhattan. He is in the forefront of continuing education, always looking for new medical breakthroughs to help his patients.

Dr. Ilyayev started his HouseCall MD practice right after completing his residency. He realized that there were elderly homebound patients who have not seen a doctor in years. He also realized that by seeing these patients in their home, this would decrease the rate of hospitalizations thereby doing his role in decreasing our national healthcare related costs.

Dr. Erik Ilyayev’s positive attitude and self-motivation is the reason he is booked one month in advance.

Aleksey Aronov  N.P

Nurse Practitioner

Aleksey Aronov is an Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at www.myhousevisit.com

Aleksey completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Hunter College obtaining his Bachelor’s and Masters of Science in Nursing. He was also accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a certified Nurse Practitioner.

During his college years, Aleksey envisioned an idea of a sustainable, cost efficient and highly effective model of healthcare where interdisciplinary providers would be visiting patients in their homes coordinating all aspects of care. Having joined My House Visit gave Aleksey the privilege to live within that vision where he can achieve delivering high quality and cost efficient healthcare to those in need.

Before joining My House Visit, Aleksey worked as a registered nurse for Lenox Hill Hospital in a medical surgical unit for four years where he provided healthcare primarily to the elderly population. Pursuing his vision to decrease hospitalizations, he up shifted gears by joining Mount Sinai Health System to serve in The Rapid Evaluation Treatment Unit.

On his free time,  Aleksey enjoys backpacking and hiking as well as spending time with his wonderful wife and kids.

Isaac Kakuriev L.P.N

Licensed Practical Nurse

Isaac Kakuriev is a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). His specialty includes various tasks that ensure quality client care and satisfaction. He applies his many clinical skills to the everyday healthcare related care related situations  with clients, family, and physicians. Isaac understands the importance of being a patient advocate, and has trained in reporting abnormal findings to the physician in a timely manner, understanding that the patients’ life may be at risk.

On his days off,  he enjoys spending time with his children playing soccer. His long term career plans is to continue his education and work on a master’s degree in nursing education.

Mayya Babayeva FNP-BC,CDE

Mayya is an ANCC certified Family Nurse Practitioner and NCBDE certified Diabetes Educator. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

She is a wife and the proud mother of two grown children. When her kids first started school, she decided to also go back to school to become a nurse. After completing her studies, she began working on the telemetry/med-surge floor at Northwell Health/ Long Island Jewish Forest Hills, and has been proudly and diligently serving her patients for over 10 years.

As a family nurse practitioner, Mayya’s goal is to help patients manage chronic diseases by spending more time with them and by offering individualized care after their hospitalization. This way, patients will stay healthier longer and will have fewer hospitalizations. Mayya believes in providing the same care to her patients that she would expect to be given from her primary care physician.

In her spare time, Mayya loves to jog in the outdoors. She likes to travel and listen to the music. But most of all she enjoys spending time with her family.

Soloman Yagudayev, NP

Soloman Yagudayev is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult geriatrics. He completed his Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing at Hunter College, NY. He holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Practitioner.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Soloman worked for many years as a home care nurse for Parker Jewish Institute as well as Northwell Health/LIJ, providing high quality holistic care in the patient’s home. His goal as a Nurse Practitioner is to strive to maximize patients’ dignity and quality of life, especially when many of the elderly population are unable to visit a primary care provider outside the home due to the multiple comorbidities.

In his free time, Soloman enjoys exploring nature with his family and staying active through sports, rafting and biking.

Sarah Genson, NP

Sarah Genson holds a dual bachelors degree in Biology and Nursing from SUNY Binghamton University. She attended SUNY Downstate Medical Center for her Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Sarah is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her professional experience includes private practice, home care, school nursing, sleep medicine and urgent care.

Sarah developed a love for home care in her early years as an RN; delivering care to patients where it matters most, in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Sarah’s goal is to keep patients happy and healthy in their homes, and to minimize unnecessary hospitalizations due to poly-pharmacy and lack of follow-up. Sarah hopes to help all patients find the best care they can receive, while working with the patients’ families to ensure maximum comfort and respect of the patients’ and families’ wishes.

When Sarah isn’t on the field she can be found alongside her husband taking their young children on adventures to museums, farms, and parks.
